What is Included?
Initial Consultation- First, you will speak with one of our experienced attorneys to discuss your individualized estate plan. This consultation can be done in person, over the telephone, or via Zoom.
Last Will & Testament (LWAT)- We will tailor your Last Will & Testament to specify your wishes regarding how your assets and properties will be distributed after you pass away. More importantly, in your Last Will & Testament, you will have the ability to nominate a Guardian to care for your minor children should you and your partner pass away in some unforeseen incident.
Power of Attorney (POA)- We will prepare a Power of Attorney wherein you can appoint a person (known as an attorney in fact ) to make certain financial decisions on your behalf. We will tailor the Power of Attorney wherein you can limit the powers of your attorney in fact.
Health Care Proxy (HCP)- We will prepare a Health Care Proxy wherein you can appoint a person (known as a Health Care Agent) to make medical decisions for you in the event you are unable to make medical decision on your own.
Living Will (LW)- We will prepare a Living Will to assist your Health Care Agent make certain medical decisions regarding life sustaining treatments and/or medical care during an end of life situation.
Execution of these documents- When you are ready to execute your documents, we will provide two (02) witnesses, and one of our skilled attorneys will supervise the execution of the above documents to ensure that all necessary statutory formalities are properly followed.
