In 1992, Ms. Mock started her career by serving as a Court Liaison at New York City TASC where she helped hundreds of non-violent felony drug offenders and mentally ill chemical abusers by diverting eligible offenders out of the correctional facilities and into the drug treatment programs.
Ms. Mock earned her juris doctor from New York Law School and has been licensed to practice law in the State of New York since 2000.
In 2000, Ms. Mock left New York City TASC and established the Law Offices of Judy S. Mock, P.C. For more than 23 years, Ms. Mock has served as an aggressive, yet compassionate, advocate for her clients. Ms. Mock focuses on Article 81s, Medicaid Planning, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Injury Matters, Business Law and Real Estate Law. Notwithstanding, Ms. Mock also offers experienced representation in a variety of other legal matters depending on the individual need of each client.
In addition to being admitted to practice law in the State of New York, Ms. Mock is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States Supreme Court.
